User Charges :
In
the year 2003-Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority want to impose
user charges on Resident of Greater Noida @ Rs. 10/- per sq.mtrs.
per month. My commitment to work for
society compel me to fight with Greater Noida Authority. |

At
that time 28 N.M.C. (neighbourhood
management council) prepared by Authority to
look after residence interest was
functioning in Greater Noida, out of that 26
N.M.C. given me written consent to go to
court in case Authority impose user charges.
A Delhi base Supreme Court Lawyer, local &
metros newspaper help in this noble cause
and finally authority hold his proposal otherwise every residence has to pay Rs.
600/- to Rs. 3500/- per month for nothing
and if this proposal was finalise by the
authority then authority would have collected yearly Rs. 60 crore approx. from
residence as user charges (This is our First
Win).

In year August, 2001 with Association of
Kailash Hospital, Noida and Rama Jewellers,
Noida, a 15th August celebration has been
organised by us and school children of
Dharam Public School, Ramesh International
School, Diamond Drill & St. Joseph Public
School participated in this function and
trophy and a bicycle (by lucky draw) given
to children. Also on 15th August, 2001 a
Blood Donation Camp in Kailash Hospital,
Noida organised by Last-Knock and CEO of
Greater Noida Authority Shri Brijesh Kumar
and other senior officer are also present in
this celebration and Camp. |

A dream temple of 547 sq.mtrs. land,
Shri Shiv Shakti Mandir Trust (Regd.),
Alpha-II, Greater Noida started in year 2002
and finally on 6th November, 2008 Shri
Shridi Sai Sadan completed and devotee
started pooja-archana and on every Thursday
Palki, Bhajan, Sai Katha and Bhandara are
continuing in this temple. |

In the year 2002 with financial support of
Greater Noida Industrial Development
Authority we started "Greater Noida
Reporter" a monthly news letter and monthly
distributing 5000 copies free of cost in
Noida & Greater Noida. Because of user
charges proposal in 2003 indirectly the
authority compel me to withdraw financial
assistance and also cancellation of temple
land in case I oppose user charges. But I
oppose user charges and finally we win the
case but authority withdrawn financial
support to Greater Noida Reporter. |

5. |
Short term Diploma in Foreign Trade
given to more than 500 student on Sunday to
Sunday basis on nominal charges (cost to
cost and few of them free of cost) and place
them in NCR through F.T.E.C. (Associate
Member of ITPO, Govt. of India) and run by
R.C. Saxena & Co. (A Foreign Trade
Consultant) since 1991.

A Sankalp of 1 crore Jap Pustika (World
record) taken by me. To complete this record
we will spend 281 Register, containing 60280
pages. I am regularly sitting in Shri Shridi
Sai Sadan to complete the Sakalp of 1 crore
Jap. |

I am distributing 1008 Murti and
Baba ki Aarti since November, 2008 to
devotee of Sai Baba who comes in Shridi Sai
Sadan,
Alpha-II Temple
for pooja Archana.

A Blood
Donor Club – Started by Sai R. C. Saxena,
till date 500 Donar are registered and
regularly they are donating blood in Kailash
Hospital Noida, on every Sunday. A pick up
ven provided by Hospital to pick & drop free
people to Noida & back to
temple.
On phone call
all blood group Donar arrange by Last-Knock
with in half an Hour in NCR & DELHI
Hospital. This chain increasing all over
India.
By Grace of
Baba – at Alpha-2 Name has been changed to
Sai Village (Alpha-2) Greater Noida and all
resident & Devotee started using new address
in their office/ shop/residence address.
